Accounting & Finance

As our platform handles more payments for fleets we’ve updated the accounting and finance sections of our drivers app, to give drivers and finance teams clear and precise information so they see the same information as each other. Keeping this transparent and clear means drivers can see how much they’re making and view expected payouts.

We’ve split Accounts & Finance into four sections

Home

An overview of drivers accounts, see active invoice and recent completed trips from quick actions. If drivers have multiple active invoices they will be listed here until it’s been marked as paid on the system. Ensuring you keep up to date with marking invoices it’s vital for record keeping and helping drivers understand finances.

The app will show the last 5 trips the driver has completed, from this they can report trip issues, lost property and view fare breakdown.

Invoices

Our Invoices page has been updated to give drivers more information on an overview glance.
Invoices can now be categorised in to All, Active, Paid and Not Paid, making it easier to find and view invoices,

The invoice itself are listed in date order, now being identified with an invoice number for easy recognition.
Drivers can see how much they earned that week and the payable amounts. Green if the company owes you and Red if the driver owes the company.
A new feature we’ve added is invoice status, a simple yet affective tool to show which invoices are active, paid and awaiting payment.

You can also search for an invoice of a date on the search on the top right of the page.

Trip Breakdown

We continue to build on this feature however trip break down will give drivers an insight into an individual trip, accessible from Invoices> Trip List and then tapping on a trip.


More importantly if you have an issue or lost property you can now submit this information by email to our office, eliminating the need of a phone call.

Transactions

To track and link payments we will now be using Transaction ID’s, on your bank statement when we payout you’re given a code which links your payment to our system, we’re simply changing this code and displaying payments in the app so you have full transparency in what’s being paid.

Multiple invoices can be paid in one transactions, all invoices which are paid in this transaction can be view on the transactions tab.

Support

Support chat is available throughout the app, as we move away from phone call queries we kindly ask that everyone messages us though the app in regards to any questions you have, this means we have more time a precise information about your request when it comes through. We’re also able to help more drivers at once and reduce the risk of backing up our phone lines.
